Please fill out the following information completely to ensure that our records are current, thus giving the call center the means of providing you the service you expect. You will be notified when your account has been activated so that you can begin entering locate request online.

Important Notices (from Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Title 16, Part 1, Chapter 18):

  1. Locate requests are good for 14 working days from origination when working around gas lines.
  2. If a gas line is cut, you must report it to the one-call center immediately and to the Railroad Commission within 10 days, or you may be subject to fines.
